So much of the skills corporate HR wants you to le So much of the skills corporate HR wants you to learn these days, I already have. Except that I didn’t learn them analytically, from courses. I learned it from the source, ie life outside the corporation - through slow travel and through meeting communities that live out in their culture such skills as resilience, and adaptation to volatility and uncertainty, who do not have entitlement as an option. I *could* teach people how to have this mindset of universal and multiaxial learning. But as long as you want it in the form of an online course that you can take without leaving your familiar surroundings, you won’t get it. Part of this is learning to be willing to learn however and wherever and from whomever the knowledge requires. #traveltolearn #inspireinsightfultravel #tejaonthehorizon #travelwithinsight #traveltoreflect #corporate #dofaillearnrepeat #outoftheboxthinking #getoutofcomfortzone #notriskfree #vucaworld #mentalresilience #gooutsideandplay
